What do I do if my payment goes through but I don't get a order confirmation?Â
DON'T Panic!! We are here for you. Just email us at sales@fingrella.com and tell us what happened. We'll process your order from our end. :)
Is it safe if I make payments through net banking, Debit or credit card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

Time Period
We offer Pan India delivery within 3 -9 business days. Our Delivery partners are xpress bees, Blue dart, Delhivery, FedEx, USPS, UPS, India-Post to name a few.
Exchanges
We have 14 days free and easy no questions asked exchanges for the same or different products right from your doorstep and all the refunds will be credited or issued to the original payment method. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Return & refunds
- You can ask for a refund or return against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged.
2. Already replaced/exchanged items are not eligible for a return or refund.
